Prime Focus recently delivered Samsung India’s latest commercial, which is part of a nationwide campaign promoting its new customer service for the rural parts of the country. The ad has been creating quite a buzz on social media, with a staggering 101 million views on Youtube since it was uploaded on 30th December 2016.
Taking care of your customers and keeping a healthy after sales relationship should be a priority of every company and Samsung claims to be one of the best in this commercial. The company has launched 535 Samsung Customer Service (SVC) vans to provide better services to their customers in remote parts of the country, it’s aim being to make its service network the largest in the industry in India.
The commercial follows Amit, a Samsung Customer Service engineer, on his way to a remote call-out. Arriving at his destination after many trials and tribulations, Amit is surprised to find that he is at a hostel for the blind, and that his work has allowed the blind children of the hostel to support their housemate, who is participating in a reality singing show on TV.
